Azelia Ley Homestead - Manning Park

Azelia Ley Homestead, Manning Estate,
comprises a single storey Victorian Regency residence constructed
from limestone. The heritage listed residence is surrounded by
established gardens which form part of what is now known as Manning Park.
The original estate was first established
by prominent Fremantle merchant Charles Manning in the 1850s
and 1860s, and has a long association with the Manning
family who owned the estate from the 1850s up until the 1950s.
